1.Learning and training

It"s knowledge society and learning society nowdays,in order to train more excellent talents,and can provide best services,We will organize foreign trade knowledge training and English corner in every Saturday morning.Through learning from each other,Not only improve the affection between each department colleagues,but also can improve work ,Efficiency and positivity practically.

2. Regular meeting system

If the meeting can not solve the problem,we refuse to open.Insist on regular meeting system ,everybody would speak actively,find out the problem in the work,and then analysis the cause,summary actively,in order to avoid other colleagues make the same mistake again.Meanwhile,if somebody have good idea would share with others,then can make the resources sharing really.

3.Weekly plan,monthly plan

We have to be plan first, no matter do anyting, first  ask yourself  ,is there any significance to do it,to say this words?
