Focus on the happiness of all employees-CTPTC organized annual physical examination for employees in 2022

   In order to implement the 2022 development plan outline of the company and protect employees" physical and mental health,CTPTC organized  annual

26日,physical examination for them in 26th ,May. A total of 42 persons, including employees at or above the designated service length, outstanding employees in 2021, and some employees" family members, went to BOE Hospital for physical examination.
   To ensure the activity carried out smoothly,the company contacted the hospital for many times about a suitable physical examination schedule,

considering the employees willingness and actual work conditions.

The participated employees got informed ahead of a few do"s and don" ts matters,so this activity especially the key points got notified adequately.

 At 8 a.m.CTPTC employees came to the hospital and took personal data forms.They queued orderly to enter each department in turn for physical examination and listen to the doctor patiently about the checkup result.

This time examination was set with normal checkup and gynecological examinations which is set up due to gender differences,including Blood routine, internal medicine, liver function, ECG and other examinations. By this examination,everybody got a comprehensive understanding of their own physical conditions and achieved the original intention of "early diagnosis, early prevention and early treatment".

 

This meaningful activity guided employees to pay more attention to health management.furthermore,it also made them deeply feel the care and love of the company.Cohesion,happiness and belonging were greatly enhanced.With the steady operation & development of the company,

the safety and health of all employees were put in a prominent position of overall development. The company deeply realized the importance of health under the consistent suffering of the epidemic, and the importance of a health& energetic team for a steady development.

    In future,CTPTC will try to take more actions to improve employees fringe benefits and staff satisfaction to the most extent.

Harmonious, safe and healthy development, creating a win-win future together - this is the starting point and foothold of the company"s development strategy of "focusing on the happiness index of all employees"!
