Improve Communication Skills, Build An Efficient Team -- CTPTC Staff Training Meeting

Communication is the concentration of management and a good way to eliminate contradictions. Good communication often brings unexpected results. In order to improve employees" communication skills, improve enterprise work efficiency and win the sustainable development of the enterprise. On October 30, 2021, China-Techpart Precision Technology co., ltd  held an employee training meeting with the theme of "improving communication skills and building an efficient team" in the conference hall on the fourth floor of Mingyue Hotel. The lecturer of the training was Gui Ping, a special internal trainer of Anhui Construction Engineering Group, and all employees of CTPTC participated.

  The training meeting was highly valued by the company"s leaders and actively participated by all employees. During the training process, everyone concentrated on taking notes and reflected on the problems in their work. Everyone responded to the teacher"s questions, expressed their views, and showed the personality and innovative spirit of CTPTC employees.

  The training teacher"s language is humorous. She integrates complex and difficult knowledge into the examples and classic stories around her. She not only won applause from the audience, but also thought-provoking. The classroom atmosphere is very active. The teacher not only had unique opinions on the classification and principles of communication, but also deeply analyzed the listening skills and correct expression. In simple terms, we found the blind spot of communication in the training process, mastered the coordination mode of interpersonal relations, and benefited a lot.

     Bernard Shaw once said, "the biggest problem of communication is that people take it for granted that they have communicated." through this training, we not only enhanced the importance of communication in daily work and life, but also found the blind spot in daily communication. Skillfully mastering communication skills and learning to effectively listen to the demands of colleagues will certainly improve our work efficiency and lay a solid foundation for building an efficient and concise work team.
