Caring for employees, caring about health--- CTPTC organizes employees to have annual physical examination

With the improvement of the company"s welfare system, in order to ensure the health of the company"s employees, the annual physical examination of the company"s employees started again on April 25, 2021. According to the provisions of the company"s Enterprise Management Rules and Regulations and 2021 Annual Development Plan Outline, this activity organized 37 employees with three years of service or above, outstanding employees in 2020, company management, some trade unions and Communist Youth League employees to go to BOE hospital for annual routine physical examination. 

In order to ensure the smooth progress of this work, the company coordinated with Hefei BOE hospital in advance and made detailed preparation and deployment from the aspects of physical examination procedures and precautions, so as to ensure the orderly physical examination of employees and not delay their normal work. Physical examination includes blood routine, electrocardiogram, color Doppler ultrasound, chest X-ray and other examination items.

With the cooperation of all departments, the physical examination was successfully completed. The whole physical examination process is orderly, standardized and reasonable. Everyone said that the physical examination is not only to protect the safety and health of employees, but also more importantly, the company adheres to humanistic care and care for employees, so that everyone can timely grasp their own health status and enhance their health awareness, which further confirms the company"s development concept of "care for employees and pay attention to health".

In view of this physical examination, the company shows that: in the process of the rapid development of the company, we will always put the mental health and physical health of all staff at the core of the company"s development, and implement the core purpose of "focusing on improving the happiness index of all staff" with practical actions from various angles and aspects. At the same time, the company will continue to adhere to and expand various welfare treatment policies with practical actions, take care of all employees to the maximum extent, improve the satisfaction of all employees to the maximum extent, adhere to conscientious business development and benign sustainable development, and realize the healthy development of the enterprise and employees, and create a better future together!
