CTPTC Spring Outing-Two-Day Tour in Yangzhou

         Spring is evident everywhere in April which is a good time for outings.April 17^th-18th 2021, the company organized some management, representatives of the trade union, the Communist Youth League, outstanding employees in 2020 and some family members to visit Yangzhou, which is known as the "famous capital of huaizuo and the best place in Zhuxi"! In 2 days, we visited Slender West Lake, Guandong Street, Daming Temple and famous scenic spots in Songjiacheng. We feel the cultural heritage and vitality of Yangzhou, a thousand year old city!

     Slender West Lake, a famous scenic spot in Yangzhou, is our first stop. Standing in front of the thin West Lake, the first thing we see is the thin West Lake gate with classical charm: the antique wooden gate, the exquisite carving and the vigorous inscription, all of which make us feel the unique charm of ancient Chinese culture!
        We entered the Slender West Lake Park with the flow of people and went sightseeing along the long dike. The willows on the bank are green, with peach trees in three steps and willows in five steps. In the park, there are many scenic spots, such as Xichuntai, the 24th bridge, Wuting bridge, Diaoyutai, ChangdiChunliu, Xiaojinshan and so on. The boats on the lake are very lively giving us a special flavor of Jiangnan.

          At the end of the tour of Slender West Lake, we came to the old street of the ancient city -- Dongguan Street, one of the most representative historical streets in Yangzhou city. The stone road, the ancient houses and the bustling shops make up the bustling area, which fully reflects the unique historical and cultural charm of Yangzhou city. Walking in the streets of the ancient city, you can feel the historical charm in the ancient buildings and the city culture, and you can feel the relaxation after work.

   On the second day of the trip, we went to Daming Temple. Daming Temple is a holy land of Buddhism, a pure land for many eminent monks to practice, and a perfect combination of Buddhist culture and tourism. It is quiet and simple, with a broad vision. The Millennium Cultural Heritage here has brought infinite teaching and thinking to future generations.

          In a hurry, the two-day journey is coming to an end. At the last stop, we came to songjiacheng Wetland Park and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of green mountains and green waters. The bell has been rung for the round trip, and the short two-day tour has come to an end.
