Love On Mother's Day-- CTPTC Carried Out 2023 Annual Employee Physical Examination

In order to implement the "2023 Annual Development Plan Outline" of CTPTC, better protect the physical and mental health of employees, on May 14 as Mother's Day, CTPTC organized the annual free medical checkup for 2022 outstanding employees, management backbone and some mothers of employees' families on this special holiday, sending the most heartfelt and warm congratulatory gift for the holiday with practical actions, what’s more, implementing CTPTC development strategy of "Focus On The Happiness Index Of All Employees".

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the physical examination activities, CTPTC not only contacted the hospital several times in advance to work out a suitable physical examination plan, but also informed the participants in advance to pay attention to rest, fasting and other matters, so as to achieve the activity notice in place, and promote the key issues in place.

At eight o'clock in the morning, CTPTC employees came to the hospital one after another, received their personal forms according to the guidance of the staff at the guidance desk, lined up in an orderly manner, and entered each department in turn for physical examination. The doctor carefully examined each employee with the help of instruments, and patiently explained the precautions according to the results of some on-site examinations. The physical examination included blood routine, internal medicine, liver function, electrocardiogram and many other examinations, including both non-differentiated routine examinations, and other examinations set up due to gender differences, so that everyone has a more comprehensive understanding of his/her own physical condition, and achieve the original intention of "Early Diagnosis, Early Prevention and Early Treatment".

Through this physical examination, CTPTC not only guide employees to pay more attention to health management, but also let them deeply feel the company's care and love, and further enhance the centripetal force, happiness index and sense of belonging.
