Training of Law Practice Knowledge in HL in year 2016

       Today, China-Techpart Precision Technology Co., Ltd.held a legal knowledge training, in which lawyer Mr Wu made a speech to all the staffs about the legal knowledge of international logistics. The main contents included: the problems of company subject in agent contract, entrusted agency agreement, the terms of contract, contractual jurisdiction, VAT and so on. He also made some detailed facts. After Mr Wu said, the staffs asked questions, answered questions and put forward reasonable solutions actively. This training let all the staffs of CTPT acknowledge the legal knowledge involved in international logistics more deeply. We hope that all the staffs could know, understand and utilize the law. Then we may use the legal means to regulate our work.
