Gathering Forces, Solidarity and Collaboration－Tug-of-War in Commemorating the Women"s Day

　  In order to enrich the cultural life of the staffs, increase the cohesion of the company and meet the arrival of the international Women"s Day, the market planning department expressed gratitude to the hard work of every femal staffs by sending one case of apples to every one of them. At the same time, we held tug of war in the ecological park. Shi Dongdng refereed in the match and distributed all staffs into two groups. After distributing the number and proportion of staffs, each team showed  the tendency of solidarity, collaboration and strugling to the first. After the referee announced the rules, the match started formally. After the referee whistled, the players were all aggregating power to pull to their back. First winner is the second group headed by secretary Kan. Then we exchanged the field for two times and finally the group headed by Wu Zhenwu won! Every one cheered together and the atmosphere was very lively! We ended the tug of war in a piece of laughter. The tug of war strengthened the internal unity of the company, made every female worker feel happy and joy brought by the festival, motivated us to put more full enthusiasm into work and enhanced the cohesion of our team.
