3rd, Jan.2016, back from New Year’s Day, all stuff attended the meeting of working summary of 2015 and working plan of 2016, host by Kinglin, our general manager.
The first agenda of the meeting was Manager Jin’s open prologue. He made a general summary of the whole year’s work in 2015, sent praise to the department which had performed well in 2015, expressed gratitude to all stuff’s hard working, pointed out problems facing our company and put up with related solutions,and outlook the prospect of 2016. On the second and third agenda, Manager Jin announced the wage adjustment list and the additional welfare treatment, encouraging everyone to continue working hard, to grow along with our company, to struggle against pressure and to create a bright future.
The forth agenda of the meeting was all departments working summary of 2015 and working plan of 2016, except financial department. The document department pointed out the problem about department leadership and gave some advice; the customs broker summarized its improvements in 2015. The market department and law department hoped to maintained the existing situation. The International trade department analyzed the strength and weakness of the present platform, gave feedback about problems during business, and put up with related advice. The domestic sales department shared with us their fruits in 2015: building a highly cohesive team, opened up a series of new market. The next year, they will continue to run on the way, to develop new market and new customers, to strengthen the present team, and to win the public praise as a professional team.
In the end, Manager Jin made a mammary about this meeting, stressing that there were two shining points in 2015, namely the breakthrough of sales department and the construction of committee of CPC. As to the problems facing our company, Jin hoped that everyone should face up to them, undertake each other’s responsibility, try everyone’s best, and go forward with our company.
