 Bearing housing detection equipment and instructions

A.Precision measurment equipment.

B. Our measurment  process as following

1.Bearing housing outer diameter testing.measure the outside diameter by dial caliper . 

2.Block inside and the flange size inspection. 

Use the dial indicator measuring inside of the bottom of the bearing block  and the flange size. 

3.Thickness testing of bearing housing (use dial caliper)

4.Anti-griddle  size testing (Use height gauge testing size)

5.Pulsing inspection

Using a dial indicator, hand bearing rotation measurement and the radial runout and plane of the bearing 

6.Bottom hole inspection

Use on behalf of the caliper. Measurement of bottom hole size size points.
