I. Main Performances and Scope of Application
  This machine tool is automated equipment which can manufacture the slots (or flats) on two ends by clamping the carrier roller shaft of the belt conveyor for one time. It can met the machining requirements of the carrier roller shaft for the domestic and oversea production.
  As each carrier roller shaft has four slots (or flats), this machine has four main spindle boxes, and each main spindle box drives one milling cutter to rotate and machine one slot (or flat). The workpiece is clamped on the V-shaped iron through the hydraulic clamp to hydraulically drive the four main spindle boxes to vertically move at the same time when machining so as to realize fast forward, feeding (cutting) and fast backward. The electric control system adopts the imported programmable controller (PLC) as a center for program control, thereby having high degree of automation, high efficiency and high reliability. It is suitable for the mass production of carrier roller shaft.
  This equipment is applicable for the occasions with the ambient temperature of +10 to 40℃ and without dust and corrosive medium.
