1. The main purpose and scope of the machine
The device is a steel belt conveyor idlers cut chamfer at both ends of a special device automatically,chamfering, after cutting without auxiliary processing, its accuracy can meet the technical requirements of steelroller, apply to domestic and foreign production with conveyor roller cutting the steel pipe. In addition tofeeding, the other process (feeding, positioning, clamping, chamfering, cutting off) automatically done on this device, easy to adjust, reliable, high degree of automation, the use of carbide knife processing, high work efficiency. The device uses advanced Japanese imports of programmable controller (PLC) as the core of the control system. Limit the use of advanced non-contact switch, the action program is accurate and reliable. Suitable forthe production of large quantities of specialization.
