1.Overview
　　CO2 gas shield automatic welding machine of type 2×350KRNZC adopts control system with imported programmable logic controller as core to replace the traditional relay logic control circuit, making the equipment more reliable and the application scope and work efficiency improved significantly.
　　When the machine is at work, using CO2, Ar+CO2, and Ar+CO2+O2 etc as shielding gas or using flux-cored wire+CO2 shielding welding, fitted with welding wire H08Mn2SiA of φ1.0～φ1.2mm, can realize welding of flat ring welding seam and inner （outer）angled ring welding seam of rotating elements of hydraulic oil cylinder, fire fighting appliance, rubber tape conveyor roller and drive axle of automobile. The welding process of this machine is automatic.
