Management Training of Modern International Logistics Company

   In the afternoon of July 16, our company invited six successful entrepreneurs to do a management training for all employees in JL. The main contents include the following aspects:

   First, Development Zone Wang Ke Talks about "Business Communication Skills"

   Wang Ke tells us about the importance and skills of communication between government and enterprises with her years of working experience in government organs. Government who encourages entrepreneurship, supports enterprises and comes up with some relevant policies to promote the development of enterprises better. So every enterprise should recognize the national policies and local government fully to understand what they support and restrict. Then we can make adjustments and changes under the guidance of policies. In addition, Mrs Wang also tells us the story of a company who collapsed and bankrupted rapidly because of failing to communicate with the government timely to illustrate the importance of communication between government and enterprises.

   Second, Cheng Junlei Who is the General Manager of Tongling Tianrun Packaging Talks about “Customer Demand”

   Mr Cheng talks mainly from the perspective of customer demand. For customer, we must understand what the customer needs firstly to know whether we can provide customers with other extension services or not. When customer requires you to reduce the price, you can apply to the leaderships to seek more opportunities for cooperation although there is a loss.

   At the same time, Mr Cheng tells us the importance of ensuring the quality of their products from the aspects of himself. under the condition of ensuring the quality of products, we should acknowledge the customer demand, take the initiative to provide customers with better and more services to increase the opportunity to cooperate with customers.

   Third, Zhou Feng who comes from Anhui Safe Capacitance Talks about “Internet Marketing”

   Mr Zhou uses their company"s development process to tell us the current mightiness and importance of the Internet. The contents can be divided into Internet thinking, Internet tools, his Internet tools and his Internet thinking. Firstly, Mr Zhou introduces nine Internet thinking, such as user thinking, simple thinking, ultimate thinking, iterative thinking, flow thinking, socialization thinking, big data thinking, platform thinking and cross-border thinking. Secondly, he analyzes Internet tools including traditional marketing, domestic trade and foreign trade. Traditional marketing includes exhibition, trade company, filiale, promotion, introduction and so on. Domestic trade (the whole network marketing) includes company website, Alibaba platform, B2B platform, search engine and forum. Foreign trade (cross-border) includes company website, Alibaba platform, made in China, B2B platform and search engine. In the end, Mr Zhou sums up his Internet thinking: individuation, quick, large customer basement and platform.

   Fourth, Tiansu Packaging Gong Jian Talks about “Customer Relationship Management”

   In the way of chatting, Mr Gong shares his experience and skills in solving the problems of customer relationship by telling his entrepreneurial experience. It mainly manifests in two aspects: sincerity and guaranteeing the quality of products. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of their products, we should understand customer needs more, take the initiative to contact customers and regard them in good faith. Then they will feel our sincerity and are willing to cooperate with us in long-term.

   Fifth, Mobile Communications Ke Aihua Who Talks About “Service Creates Value”

   Mr Ke has done 3 years of sales work, so he has a wealthy experience and unique insights in terms of customer service. He points out that providing service to customer is to allow customer to get a sense of satisfaction. Our service attitude is so important that customer are willing to cooperate with us when we provide high quality and considerate service. For tracking the customer, Mr Ke also gives us some suggestions. First, we should confirm that whether the person we contact is decision-making personnel. Second, we must understand their sore spots and ensure whether we can meet the special needs of the guests.

   Sixth, Nextool Zheng Tianqin Talks About “Enterprise Positioning and Department Control ”

   Several years ago, Mr Zheng left the state-owned enterprise to begin his entrepreneurship. Along the way, he has got many life insights and rich management experience. Mr Zheng explains to us the issues of enterprise positioning and department management controlling by combing with the business pattern of his company. In terms of corporate positioning, he thinks that enterprises should do something or do nothing. They should give incentives to the employees timely and save their face when punish them to ensure the enthusiasm of the staffs. In terms of department control, the staffs should know that the thought of people-orientation is the issue that leaders have to consider. Our staffs should be adhering to the principles of working hard.

   After the wonderful speech talked by the six entrepreneurs, the staffs of JL ask questions actively and the entrepreneurs also give us the answers that we want to get. The scene atmosphere rises to climax. Finally, on behalf of all staffs Mr Jin expresses his sincere gratitude to these six entrepreneurs.
